Laser Hair Removal

Laser hair removal is a medical procedure that uses a concentrated beam of light (laser) to removal unwanted hair for all skin types. The laser emits light that is absorbed by the pigment (melanin) in raw hair. The light energy is converted to heat which damages the hair follicle (roots) which inhibits or delays future hair growth. Multiple treatments (6-8) will be needed and maintenance treatments might be needed as well. The hair removal laser setting will be adjusted according to hair color, thickness and location of hair as well as skin color.
